The homeowners gave us a blank slate and with the designers selections and material on hand, we went to work. Removing the previous shower systems (4 ½ bathrooms total), installing new subfloor, and getting all of the “bones” back in order before bringing this home back to life.
Once our demolition and major repairs had been completed we started in on trimming the house. Contractors may use the work trimming for a number of things in reference to construction however, after sheetrock in a custom home or remodel, trimming for Crest means all of the custom cabinetry that has been weeks in the making will deliver and install to very quickly alter the appearance of your jobsite.
From custom closet systems and storage, to the floating shelves and door casing, our trim carpenters surpass expectations for our custom clients.
Once trimmed, the house starts to gather color. Paint, Flooring, Tile, Backsplash, Countertops fall into place with precision.
From start to finish the interior remodel of this home was focused around efficiency and communication. Custom work requires an eye for detail and foresight into possible road blocks that could be hiding behind walls and under floors. In collaboration with the designer our eyes went to work to install all of the custom lighting and plumbing fixtures to make bring the home into functioning properly again.
