Kitchen rebuild with custom stonework and paint

Reeding House

Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, dolor sit amet dolor sit amet.

Brief.

The existing kitchen in this home was very limited on space. We enclosed almost 70% of the garage and converted the existing garage space into a much larger hallway, laundry room, and oversized kitchen

Covered parking area to the front of the house

We built the portico in coordination with our engineers and architects and extended the parking area forward 22’ to accommodate the vehicles with enclosing the garage we were able to create a much larger laundry room and the kitchen storage had now doubled from its existing design.

From top to bottom this we removed every existing feature and created the kitchen with custom finishes to accommodate the clients request for entertaining their family and guests.

We moved a considerable amount of walls on the interior of this home to create a large enough space for multiple upgrades in the clients' everyday living areas.

With the experience in large scale additions and remodeling we undertook this project and welcomed the challenge.

These clients were desperate to increase the living square footage to accommodate their family in the kitchen area as well as covered parking.

Once architects and engineers had their plans in order we began to rip this one apart.

Removing the 2 ½ car garage walls and replacing them with large structural beams we did more than increase the living area.

Creating more than enough room in the newly designed kitchen we also created a much more functional laundry/mud room and still kept a portion of the existing garage to be kept for motorcycle storage.

with the covered patio in place and the kitchen taking shape, the custom cabinets, travertine backsplash, countertops, and appliances began to give the home life again.
